A significant portion of our overall capacity is dedicated to the manufacture of brushless servo motors and generators for OEM applications. In particular, we are well known for the manufacture of high-end, hollow-shafted motors with intricate motion requirements, smooth commutation and purge-aspirate capabilities.
We have an impressive aggregation of motor design experience in critical areas such as adhesives, stators, bearings, encoders and PCB’s. Throughout the design and prototype phases, our engineers continuously endeavor to design in manufacturability, serviceability and ease-of-use while simultaneously designing out unnecessary costs. Our manufacturing success starts with world-class engineering.
Another major factor in our motor manufacturing success is our precision machining capabilities, including milling, turning and wire. Our exceptional quality and lead time on fabricated motor parts is largely a function of the fact that we can machine all prototype components and critical dimensions in-house.
With brushless servo motor and generator manufacturing, our approach centers on quality, efficiency and flow. Underpinning every motor assembly process is a significant amount of experience, deliberation and planning.
